We listened to all our small business clients across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Berkshire, they told us they needed a wide range of training workshops which would support their whole business in the long term. Based on our extensive knowledge of small businesses and training expertise in many different areas we’ve developed ‘Training Club’.

Membership to the Training Club gives you access to over 23 different business focused workshops, as well as our weekend ‘Boot camps’ and in-house training. You also receive access to our monthly learning and coaching meetings, where we support behavioural changes back in the workplace to make sure you get the most from your financial and time investment in Training Club.

• Annual training needs analysis & personal development plan for each and every member, saving you time in identifying training needs.

Our Training Needs Analysis will make sure you spend your time investing in the training which will have the greatest impact on meeting your business objectives.

• Access to monthly Coaching & Learning meetings, designed and delivered to help embed the learning from the training workshops so that you get the maximum return on investment.

Many people are full of enthusiasm after a training session but don’t always change behaviours when back in the workplace, our two hour monthly afternoon meetings will coach members through these changes and help them get the most from their investment. They will also provide short taster sessions on many of our training topics.

• 50% discount for our ‘Training Boot Camp’ Weekends

Adhere Training is often being asked to deliver training of a week-end, this then has less operational impact on our small business clients. As such we’ve developed ’Training Boot Camp’ Weekends on 3 of our most popular training workshops, Sales Training, Management Training and SEO & Social Media Training. These ‘residential Training Boot Camps’ cost £1000 for non-members and only £500 for Training Club Members.

• Discounts for our flexible in-house delivery

Even with our wide choice of open training workshops, running at least 3 times a year, this still might not fit in with your business requirements. That’s why we also offer in-house delivery of any of our training workshops, or bespoke design and delivery of training. As a training club member you’ll receive 20% discount on our normal day rate.
